We also take care to respect ethical standards in all of our professional interactions. Our partners In&Motion and ADTP, who are responsible for assembling our Airbag Twist'Air in Annecy (74), play a key role in this approach by employing people with disabilities. Our clothes are made in factories in Asia, Eastern Europe and France, selected for their expertise and ethical commitment. With our partners, we share an eco-friendly approach and a relationship of trust, set out in a strict code of conduct signed by 100% of our suppliers.
This code is based on three pillars:
Work values: respect for national and international laws, non-discrimination, transparency, safety at work, fair wages, freedom of association, a formal ban on child labour, and zero tolerance of corruption.
Environmental commitment: waste reduction, responsible processing, limiting energy consumption and traceability of raw materials.
Quality: non-harmful materials, strict standards and controlled production.
We carry out regular inspections to guarantee compliance and ensure that working conditions are respectful: wages above the national average, ongoing training programmes and total transparency.
